Hi @FlySWISS I just had the worst customer service experience. Booked a seat, system did not generate receipt, went to website to get one, system throws technical error. Chatbot: same result. Called support, they can’t help. Gave me second number: they hang up on me. Seriously?
@opalelectronics love your camera but haven't seen any updates since February and the software is really unstable, requiring daily reboots. Do you still exist?
