Resumen del debate sobre #RWBY a mi percepción: Nadie tiene claro que género de show es RWBY

Y es que la serie es una mezcla de muchos conceptos e ideas.

Para muchos es un isekai donde un personaje masculino es el eje y los personajes femeninos sufren y giran en torno a su desarrollo estilo "Sword art online"

Para otros es un viaje de héroes con poderes en una escuela de entrenamiento estilo "My Hero Academia" o el recorrido del héroe subestimado con habilidades sobrenaturales en una escuela de entrenamiento con equipos estilo "Naruto"

Para otros es un género fantasía medieval con magia estilo "El ascenso del héroe del escudo", colocando a un personaje masculino como el eje nuevamente.

Para otros más es una historia de heroínas femeninas en un mundo de cazar demonios estilo "Demon Slayer" o "Devil May Cry"

Para otros es un tablero de DnD donde los personajes desarrollan campañas guiadas por un dungeon master que ve la historia desde arriba y ve a todos los personajes al mismo nivel de relevancia

Para mí es una serie estilo fantasía Cyberpunk con elementos de Final Fantasy, Ghost in the Shell y Soul Eater con cuatro historias principales entrelazadas como la base y una serie de arcos secundarios complementarios.

Para muchos más, es una serie shonen de fantasía, armas geniales con el viaje de cuatro chicas que realizan un viaje de crecimiento personal e introspección emocional que crecen y maduran a través del trauma.

Quién tiene razón? Esa es la increíble curiosidad, nadie, la serie es una mezcla de todo y nada. Pero si nos vamos a la promesa con la que la serie se presenta, es la historia de cuatro chicas y sus amigos que pelean usando armas geniales, semblanzas y materia elemental en forma de cristales en un mundo resurgido de la división y la guerra, plagado de monstruos y una serie de amenazas que las ayudan a crecer y desarrollarse como cazadoras hacia su madurez mental y emocional.

Esto es malo? Para una narrativa fluida lo es, el intento de alejarse del título RWBY y de las cuatro protagonistas como eje ha causado confusión en el espectador que busca interpretar algo que no tiene estructura visible. Una vez que la serie finalmente se defina las cosas serán más claras.

Hay que ser duros y destruir la serie con críticas? No, recuerden que está serie se hizo sobre la marcha desde el principio y probablemente los desvíos narrativos fueron cuestión de pérdida de enfoque, falta de recursos, mala administración de tiempo en pantalla o impulsos personales.

Creo que lo mejor en este momento es dejar que las cosas fluyan, expresar nuestras opiniones y argumentos de forma respetuosa y esperar el resultado de lo que Viz tiene para el futuro de la serie.

And I understand now that in Texas, this is the same thing.

@InfinityX_J @Mrdroopyhead5 Uraume is strictly referring to that the fights following gojo. Sukuna was actively giving his best during that fight. He also ate that corpse's head to make up for the missing finger. Being an incarnate sorcerer doesn't weaken the sorcerer.

@InfinityX_J @Mrdroopyhead5 We literally got to see sukuna's full arsenal and strength on full display. He already saw the limits of his stats against gojo. We got to see the full capabilities of his techniques (DE, fuga, wcs). We saw his full strength and we've never seen a prime all might.

@InfinityX_J @Mrdroopyhead5 A nerfed all might could make a storm just by punching when he was already at his limits. A injured all might can hit hard enough to level a city blick after he gave his quirk away. A prime all might genuinely deals more then enough damage to take sukuna's head off.
