Hello ๐ I wrote this manga one-shot and my buddy @seyuup drew it. It's a fun new heroic origin story that I think you'll enjoy! #manga#indie#mangaplus

@teaegg1 This sort of thing appears to have been more common at the time, such as Marvel Comics selling the film rights to several properties around the same period. Today, it seems crazy to think a major comic or video game would sell those rights, but it was a different time.
Have you ever seen good news about GTA VI? All I ever see is posts about stuff like how you have to clip your toenails in the game every 2 and a half hours.
I saw Digger. It's barely a movie, but if you have nothing on your watch list and no social life I say it's worth seeing for the experience. I enjoyed the ending.
@JustAMothing The Transformers / GI Joe crossover stuff is dumb. I was a big GI Joe fan, and I've never really seen it adapted well. The original 80s show was good for what it was, but the comics had much darker and serious stuff in them too. That original run is really good.
@jtheleast Plus for Adams specifically, George III is more than a king, he's the personification of the nationality and identity he held for most of his life, and the catalyst of the greatest struggle of his life. He must have been filled with many different feelings.
@jtheleast We live in an information age which has done much to dispel notions that some human beings are magical special people, but for someone in the 18th century the monarch is the entire state in one person who you will never see. They're Michael Jordan and the Pope rolled into one.
@inspiredmangaka I truly believe that the average consumer is hesitant to engage with piracy, for their own safety or for ethical reasons, and if you simply make it even the slightest bit convenient to engage with your product legitimately they will usually choose to do so.
@devintoshea I've been to DC several times and it's like "Oh Washington Monument, Vietnam Memorial, Mt Vernon- wait what the fuck is that over- oh okay we're moving on don't talk about it"
Is reading A.I. garbage teaching people to skim passages instead of reading them because of the built-in expectation that the writing is a bunch of crap and we just need to get to the point?
