We use a local abattoir and store & age our meat in our own production unit ahead of butchering.

Our colleague, Kayleigh, spotted this little nuthatch at Allestree Park this week! Did you know that nuthatches are the only UK bird that can climb headfirst down tree trunks, holding on with their powerful toes.
