Dear @reliancejio @JioCare my jio air fiber order is cancelled but i still not get my refund of rs 1000 back. As it says your refund will be provided within 7 days. 4 months passed and i still didn't get any refund. Also the customer service is also not good.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare my refund is pending from last 4 months. My order gets cancelled and when i reached the customer service they raised tickets which are closed without any solutions.
Please look into this or the last option will be to take legal actions against you.
