@bhatray I had to face this hard truth a few years back when TATA AIG agent refused life insurance to me citing my job in Police and posting in J&K

@philipsindia Breast pumps are so critical items for anyone as it directly affects the feeding of a baby. Don't you have any categorisation of sensitive products for which u shuld maintain inventory sensibly ? Now my request is if you don't have adapter then immediately provide me d whole unit

[Sandeep Gupta @SandeepG_IPS]

@philipsindia you have very poor inventory management, especially for after sales services.

[Sandeep Gupta @SandeepG_IPS]

@philipsindia Service engineer visited for the avent breast feed pump complaint. He told that adapter is not working and they don't have adapter available. This will take around 10 days. So, my simple question is why you don't maintain a level of inventory for auch products ?

Our personnel Saifullah Qadri got martyred in a cowardly terror attack outside his home in Soura while he was on leave. His 9 year old daughter was also shot in arm by terrorists while she came to his rescue.
