🚨 IRDAI के एक प्रस्ताव ने PB Fintech में मचा दी भगदड़! 📉

PB Fintech के शेयर में आज करीब 32% तक की भारी गिरावट, क्योंकि IRDAI ने insurance distribution के commission structure और insurers के expenses को लेकर नए बदलाव प्रस्तावित किए हैं।

🔴 क्या है पूरा मामला?

1️⃣ IRDAI का नया प्रस्ताव
Insurance distributors को मिलने वाले commission पर product और channel-wise limits तय करने का प्रस्ताव है।

2️⃣ PB Fintech पर सीधा असर क्यों?
PB Fintech का Policybazaar business insurance distribution से जुड़ा है। Commission structure में बदलाव से कंपनी की revenue और margins पर दबाव पड़ने की आशंका है।

3️⃣ कमाई पर कितना असर?
Jefferies के मुताबिक commission rates में 10% की कटौती होने पर PB Fintech और Turtlemint की earnings पर करीब 10–12% तक असर पड़ सकता है।

4️⃣ Insurance कंपनियों के खर्च पर भी लगाम
IRDAI ने insurers के Expense of Management यानी EoM को लेकर भी कड़े प्रावधान प्रस्तावित किए हैं।

5️⃣ अभी Final Rule नहीं है! ⚠️
ये फिलहाल consultation proposals हैं। Stakeholders से feedback मांगा गया है, इसलिए final regulations आने तक वास्तविक असर स्पष्ट नहीं है।

📌 Bottom Line:
Market ने संभावित commission pressure को लेकर PB Fintech की future earnings पर चिंता जताई है, जिसके चलते शेयर में तेज बिकवाली देखने को मिली।

Whatever happened in Jamui (Bihar) is honestly shameful, and as someone connected to Bihar, it hurts to see it happen. We should call out what is wrong and hold the people responsible accountable.

But what hurts even more is seeing people use one incident to target all Biharis and all Bhojpuri-speaking people. Please don’t turn someone else’s wrongdoing into an excuse to insult an entire community.

Criticize the wrongdoing, absolutely but don’t disrespect millions of people who had nothing to do with it.
