@airindia @airindia What is the customer supposed to do if AI staff isn’t cooperating?

[Sandeep Karode @SandeepKarode]

Hi @united & @airindia y’all are Star Alliance partners, right? Please explain to me how this works:
I’m Premier1k on UA. Booked EWR-DEL-BLR (return): UA+AI
EWR-DEL-BLR 3 bags for Premier1k.
BLR-DEL 2 bags; each lower weight!!
How does 1 bag “disappear”?? 🤨

@united And one more thing:

If someone wanted to cancel their bag reclaim, the baggage people could not guarantee that their bag won’t be pulled. They were advising passengers to wait around just in case their bag is pulled due to the reclaim order even though the request was cancelled

[Sandeep Karode @SandeepKarode]

Hey @united … maybe you want to improve baggage reclaim process at Denver, CO. THREE HOURS to get bags due to missed connection 🤨 Ridiculous.
