My heart weeps for the victims in #OdishaTrainAccident . Prayers for the bereaved families. Odisha has always been torn by floods and cyclones. It does not deserve a mishap that could have been easily overcome by human diligence! @RailMinIndia @narendramodi @Naveen_Odisha
