There's just IVR support & no other mode of help that I'm seeing from the team. If the pickup cannot be completed today, assurance shouldn't be given on the app for "same day pickup". Its straight up misleading & looks like you just want the customer to pay first & suffer later.

@dilip_r @Singh12351 @reliancejio I never got the connection. They would take up the booking upfront from the app with unrealistic promises, then when they come for the connection they would tell the speed isn't available now & it should be updated in 6 months. Won't happen.

But again, this is coming from a single ideation, not a committee. I'm hoping the committee members understand the requirement & the reason behind a public transport, which is to help public, not put them in a position to cover losses coming from hasty decisions.
