I got LG AC via flipkart on 21st April, delivered on 22nd April and installed on 27th april, AC stopped working within few mins.
- Installation team is not answering and they chrged whooping 4600 with no bill

@_Kalyan_K@flipkartsupport your team is forcing me to close the ticker, they keep saying same thing - go to LG service center - though i said i already visited…they keep saying like IVR and saying no response from customer and closing ticket ….what sort of response is that
I have never seen such a bad customer service in my life, they have no sense of customer problem,
They force or say same thing again and again.
I have called more than 25times, everytime i had explain from day 1
I lost complete trust on flipkart

- Your social media team said they ll resolve in 48hr and its been more a than week, they are calling my wife and forcing to close the ticket giving some excuse
- Some tickets are closed saying issue is resolved by visiting home when nobody visited
- I contacted LG team and they denied twice to fix it and they informed me installation gone wrong and issue job sheet.
- Since more than two weeks i m contacting flipkart CC with no ans.
- they are giving diff resolution date , itwas 2nd may then 7th may, 12th may and now 23r

I purchase LG Air conditioner on 21st April via Flipkart, It was installed on 26th April by Flipkart Jeeves team, it stopped working within 1hr, i m not getting proper solution either from flipkart nor from LG,
Guy who installed AC is not answering

You are saying to go LG service and ask them for fix which they have denied already. Why shud i go and search for service center. Isn’t your job to do so ?
@flipkartsupport@LGIndia Such an violation of trust by @Flipkart , they closed the return request saying it is fixed where noone from Flipkart visited to check. Infact there is proactive update and measure taken by @Flipkart

Flipkart customer is so ineffective, that they dont whether they ll fix., somebody says it will be fixed by 12th may, now i see it is rejected
Flipkart jeeves team charged me 4600 for installation including accessories etc and didnt issue the receipt, such an unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour,
Flipkart portal says they ll resolve by 2nd may but customer says 12th May.
