@virginmedia im so disappointed with your service. I had a guy from virgin come to fix my phone line. Couldn’t do it and also broke my broadband! He then lied and closed the case. Now I can’t get anyone to come out for days to fix both. Absolutely terrible!

The site itself looks pretty unprofessional (spelling mistakes, etc) but at least he admits the data is just guesses
