@MurphysLaw74@NHLBruins Would love for them to tap someone outside the fold and outside of the NCAA. Either Europe or CHL would allow a lot more gems to be discovered with the restocked draft capital.
@MurphysLaw74 Oil. They need a defensive system and a coach who will hold the players to it. The bottom six in Edmonton could be really good shut down lines, if they had confidence that the defense were making the right plays to move the puck out. Right man, right time for the Oil.
@_TyAnderson Boston is still an attractive location for players. And there are more than a few legit players out there that have been asked to waive and didnโt, I say go after Parayko and Thomas. Binner is going to Edmonton and the team is rudderless.
My Stanley cup was always going to be the lottery stealing back that first rounder from Toronto.
Bruins were supposed to be a lottery team. Team was fun to watch 90% of the year and got younger with a pipeline and a ton of cap space to burn this summer.
Now to focus on golf
@MurphysLaw74@sickpodnhl He doesnโt have the leverage Mathew had when he demanded out of Calgary. I donโt know how he forces the Sens hand on this one. But I wouldnโt offer much first and maybe Zellers. Problem is McAvoy and pasta arenโt strong enough leaders to keep him from poisoning the room
@BizNasty2point0 The thing that is the best about bruins fans biz, is that we will constantly and maybe to a fault call out the weaknesses on our team. This team is a 4 pieces short of a contender but theyโre making drop passes and flip shots as if we still have 37, 63 and 46 in their prime.
@_TyAnderson I donโt think you could have ever figured that this core wasnโt a player short. But both lindholms have heavily disappointed. 73 is passing up hits. What happened?
@MurphysLaw74 Back when tickets weren't $500 a pop (minimum) for a playoff game, and the seats were yellow and you didn't feel like you were sitting on a low-cost airline, the Garden used to feel like that during the playoffs.
What a clusterfuck of the last 10 minutes from the Bโs defence. Can it be fixed? yes. Should it have happened to begin with? No way in hell. Soft play from 73, 27 and 26. Man up boys.
@MurphysLaw74 Thatโs a lot of flowers for a small team that got handled last year against a slow heavy capitals team, and zero love for a heavy Bruins team that has been able to come out on top against their 1st round opponents of first time playoff players.
@MurphysLaw74 Young, Iโm damn near 40 grew up as a bruins fan and that 1990 Bruins team was completely left in the dust of the history books because of the oilers winning without Gretzky.
@SteveJMacE Or, we have some sleeper targets that we don't want to start a bidding war on because we would like to keep all three of Zellers, Hagens and Letourneau, or at the very least only give up one.
