Die Streichung von wichtigen Leistungsgruppen wird dazu führen, dass selbst komplex erkrankte Patienten nicht mehr von Spezialisten behandelt werden. Denn die Expertise wird nicht mehr vorgehalten. Das gefährdet Sicherheit der Patienten und erhöht am Ende die Kosten. Ein Fiasko.
