Another big positive for Gold thanks to the US.
The biggest problem for the US right now is the rising yield. Last week the 30 years bond yield was at 5.2% highest since 2001 and 10 year was at 4.7% highest since 2007.
One of the easiest way to reduce this yield is to buy back these bonds. When the US buys back these bonds, bond prices will go up because of buying and hence the yields will fall.
And US did exactly that, US has announced buying back atleast $4B a month in the 10 and 30 year bonds and hence yields fell in the US. When ever yield falls, it makes it less attractive to park money in bonds and hence that money moves towards gold & hence gold is up!

A quick review of SIFs. Most are beating their 'long-only' counterparts like plain arbitrage, BAF, ESF etc by wide margins. Max monthly drawdowns in arb+, ESF+ contained within 2%. Both promising signs. Table by @VedantVichare99
Retail seems to be running after small caps, possibly still trying to extrapolate the 2021-24 bull market.
Large cap funds on the other hand, are seeing exhaustion of patience. Interesting.

@I_kalpanapatel@mybmcWardKE I am filing the complain with @Aaple_Sarkar as there's no quick resolution. All they do is make excuse about the administration being slow at processing the complaints. I wonder who supervises the administrative stuff at BMC. There's lack of transperacy and accountability!
@I_kalpanapatel@mybmcWardKE@I_kalpanapatel Spoke with BMC team. The person refused orally stating BMC can not intervene in this and it is between you and your opposition!! Fed up of such behaviour!!

23 Workers Flown from Dubai's Abreco Freight to Delhi Protest :
Who Paid and Why????
A Dubai-based Malayali businessman, identified as Mohammed Shahji from Nilambur in Kerala’s Malappuram district, allegedly sponsored the travel of 23 employees from the UAE to Delhi to participate in the CJP-led protest at Jantar Mantar.
Were the expenses entirely self-funded? Was any larger network involved? And should overseas financing of political mobilisation on Indian soil face greater scrutiny?
