@Clear what a waste. Customer service is awful. I recently inquired on how to not renew. My membership was told one thing and they did another now they won’t credit it thanks for nothing. How do you charge someone when they removed their credit card information??

@AmericanAir so I just spoke with customer service. I had trip credits.. it said the 7th in the app, the agent that called me just confirmed they would roll up it why I saw the 7th. So the credit that expired the first was not seen. I thought I had 6 more days to schedule it…

@AmericanAir I was just speaking to someone by chat and she made me feel like I was a liar. I was just talking to my son about this credit and getting ready to book. The app always said 7 February for expiration.

@AmericanAir I was chatting with a very unfriendly supervisor who checked and she said that they’re not showing in the app because they expired the first. Like I said in the app, it said the seventh that they would expire. I have no reason to lie and she made me feel like I did.

@SamsungCareUS OK, I just needed this documented as I have told you of my concerns of air quality when the range is on and of pieces coming loose and embedding in my food during convection or air fry. You’ve told me this is perfectly normal and just cosmetic and not harmful

@SamsungCareUS the Samsung SmartThings range is garbage interior flaking off less than two years old. It’s not cosmetic.

I’ve had dozens of ovens and ranges that never had a problem with the inside coating peeling. In 2023 I bought the whole Samsung suite of appliances which included a SmartThings range. The inside is and flaking after a really only light use for two years. Save your money.

Continued American post. Even had a doctor say I should not risk being around the baby American Airlines didn’t seem to care. Very disappointed. I just wanted to fly home that day. That should have been easy

Beware American Airlines. Flew Friday sick person behind me. This trip was to see my new grand baby which I could not do with possible exposure. Chat reps made me believe hotel would be covered since I could not stay with family. They offered me 2500 points..
