When @recoverinfarmer started telling his story, others would come forward and share their stories with him.
"I found out when we talk together, we learn together. We all have stories and we need to share them."
Use #MyStory to join the conversation #MentalHealthWeek
It's #MentalHealthWeek and @CMHA_NTL is encouraging us to share our stories.
Stories let us share information in a way that creates empathy which in turn promotes a feeling of emotional connection.
Listen to a little bit of @KimMoffat15's story. Can you relate? #MyStory

The #WorldMentalHealthDay is a great reminder to be mindful. Everyone has mental health.... how is yours and those of your loved ones? We all have a role to play. Make it a good one.
Today on World Mental Health Day, we want to remind everyone that there is no health without mental health. Take the time to check in on yourself and those around you.

Love you Dave. Thank you for teaching me how to change a tire, replace my brakes, watching every episode of the Simpson’s with me, saving my life literally countless times.. always said “you can have a good life in spite of your mom, or a bad 1 bc of her”. I chose the good life.
One of the best things I’ve done for my own growth on the farm has been to stop telling myself I’m not experienced enough or not qualified.
Growth happens when you start doing things you’re not experienced or qualified to do ❤️
