@Judd6Brianna @statusisdown Mine is working. I had to do a soft restart tho. Hold down the power button on your remote until the tv turns off then turns on again. Don’t let go of the power button until you see the TV logo or model number show up. Then try your channel apps. Good luck!

@marialfc Same! What’s worse- one of my Samsung tvs is working now but the other is stuck on the same screen as you. At least I have one working now - but that doesn’t make sense to be at all

@SamsungTV isn’t working. Servers are down. Only found out after checking X and hearing others are experiencing the same issues - of course only checked X AFTER doing a factory reset - Why no announcement or updates from @SamsungUS direct!!

@statusisdown Hulu Prime YouTube all apps were down EXCEPT Netflix so figured it was a Hub issue - who would think all services are having issues! Something weird is going on for sure!
