Still awaiting a resolution. Since last night, I’ve shared photos/videos showing the hotel is completely different from what was advertised. I understand it’s non-refundable, but given the misleading representation, please refund me so I can move to another hotel.

@bidhannagarpc @BidhannagarCP Thanks for your all help today. I lost my mobile in a cab today morning, you tracked the chauffeur at other side of kolkata, who was initially denied to have that, but you took him to police station and recovered the mobile and handed over to me.
