Processed foods lead to eating more calories. ‘Sedentary lifestyles’ is mainly a red herring thrown in to absolve processed foods. As long as ‘calories and exercise’ are the stay-thin

Harvard ublishes research that meat causes diabetes! Medical associations’ seal of approval have filled me full of trans fats when I was young.

Aspirin is not very dangerous, but if millions take it to prevent cardiac event and it does not, then any complication is one too many. Ask about risk vs benefit. Are statins like ASA above? Then no good.

He will not call you.

He will not write to apologise.

He will, in most cases, have retired by the time the reversal is published.

The reversal will be in the journals.

The damage will be in the patients.

The patients, by then, will be your children.
