@CA_EDD I suggest call your senator EDD is not doing nothing everything is delay not paying weeks. Today April 7 legislative edd rep help me released and pay me all my weeks; like 13 week since end of Dec.2020.Every time i will call EDD they will tell me a different story.

@CA_EDD I was in Peuc on the end of Dec.2020. I had to reapply for a new year. Work 3 months in beginning of Jan.2020. Got a new Ui claim. Since then i had so many problems. I went under review, identity, and lastly interview. but edd never did it Legislative rep. call me.

@PhillipDryden @CA_EDD I apply Jan3 2021 approved im suppose to be transitioning to peux 2 extension. I got this message too. Havent been able to certify. When will they fix claims or update.

@AleLimas77 @CA_EDD Thank you.EDD is a mess.I barely got an interview but not directly from EDD but legislative edd specialist. For missing wages from last yr supposebly i got overpay. I has 12 weeks no paid since end of Dec. Specialist released some weeks like 6 but have other in Not paid status.

@cthegames @CA_EDD I was for 12 weeks no paid it was a long process first you go on review for ID, then under review on everything checking everything is legit on your claim, then determine you need and interview. This whole process takes like 3 months. Me I was missing wages.

@CA_EDD When you appeal? What address do you send the form? Thx helping my dad first time appealing they disqualify him supposebly they never received identity paperwork. We call a month ago EDD reps dont know what their doing giving wrong inf. gave a wrong fax number very mad😡

@CA_EDD I had an interview March 17, 2020 by an Legislative EDD Rep. I had 12 weeks in total no paid. Very stressing, got pay for like 6 weeks others are in "Not Paid" status. Any one know how long Not laid status get paid?

@CA_EDD IN Desperate IN Need Financially. 9WEEKS NO PAID!!!😡 I could survive but kids please. Their innocent they dont know whats going on. Bills, rent, behind need to buy kids essentials atleast what is most needed diapers/wipes/food. Fix my claim!!#paythepending
