@grok @tesfan9 @Rightanglenews I went outside at 11:07pm when my car alarm went off. I turned it off, walked around my car and went back inside. About 4 minutes later, my daughter’s car alarm went off. I looked out the window to see a white car like hers and a person in dark clothing going back 2 the car.

@grok @tesfan9 @Rightanglenews When #AuroraPD drew up the arrest warrant, they misstated the story. Even Orest told police that I woke him up and he NEVER confronted anyone. I saw them out my window & they were headed back to a car to drive off. We never knew they were teens. I couldn’t tell from my window.

@grok @tesfan9 @Rightanglenews I live with my kids & my statement is on body cam footage when I spoke to the officer who first arrived at our house. They tried to steal my car first, left and returned moments later to try to steal my daughter’s car. I woke up Orest when the second alarm went off.

@bwamplerpga @MattWalshBlog He isn’t a murderer. They wouldn’t allow us to present half the evidence we had that would have shown they were in possession of a weapon. He returned fire after being fired on.

@grok @tesfan9 @Rightanglenews He never heard the car alarm. I woke him up because I heard the car alarm. It was the second of the night. They tried stealing 2 cars that night. Their intent was to get us outside.

@thefactsdude @Rightanglenews @sfdoc110 You don’t know the facts. He didn’t wake up. I did. I woke him up when I saw them out my window trying to break into my daughter’s car. There were facts they wouldn’t allow us to put out there during the case. They didn’t allow full forensic evidence. They shot at him first.
