February 4th is Time to Talk (virtually) Day 2021. Time to Talk Day is a day with the goal of starting a discussion about mental health. This year we would like to invite you all for a virtual cuppa and a chat on February 4th between 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

We will be seeking clarification from the Government that mental health services will remain fully open over the next month and additional support and resources put in place. A Mental Health Winter Support package will be essential if we are to avoid a mental health crisis.
That's exactly what we should say. Unfortunately too many people feel they have to say they are alright when they are not. Speak out. A true friend will always respond.
