@OmarAlghabra @WestJet took 5 days to communicate with family from Mexico. They were stranded with no information. Finally got a bus on Christmas Day from Edmonton to Regina and family drove there to rescue them and bring them to Manitoba.

@WestJet Family flew in from San José del Cabo on December 20th. Edmonton- Winnipeg. They are still in Edmonton. Their flight had mechanical issues so WestJet has an open file on them. No contact from WestJet. What is your plan to get them from Edmonton to Winnipeg?
