@CanyonUK I have already contacted you and heard nothing yet. Hence my tweet . This is not really the service I expected from Canyon. Highly disappointed . I just need to know when I will get my bike. Can someone answer my question please.
@CanyonUK I placed my original order on 3/7. After many chats and phone calls, they finally got SplitIt to work and approved on 9/7. Today Canyon tells me that they still haven’t received payment due to systems issues. Not happy. I was told to fill in a contact form online.

#StormCiaraUk@Europcar@Europcar_UK your accepted & took payment of £236 for 1 car for 1day only to tell us at collection point that you don’t have to honour the booking. Left us stranded at Edinburgh and offered no solution to get back to Gatwick.
