Since September 2025, I’ve been unable to obtain my personal data as a ChatGPT Business user.

No working Privacy Portal flow.
No Compliance API access.
No response from Privacy team.

This looks like a systemic GDPR Art. 15 failure.

@TeamYouTube But there is no more information what to do to be honest - without information about the email address I can't recover the channel. Is there any other form I could fill to access those old accounts? Or should I just report copyright infringement to lock/delete the channels?

@TeamYouTube But I have no idea what was the email used to register those accounts :( No information were provided by agencies, so only thing I have are the URLs of the channels I found (and we're public).

@TeamYouTube Agency has new team and no one know anything I'm afraid. Some accounts are dated back to 2012, so it's like an eternity in IT and agencies ;) Is there any kind of form I could fill to prove I have all legal rights to accounts/brands?
