@takealot I ordered an item which had the material as ‘denim’ in the description. The item is clearly not denim. This isn’t the first time the description is incorrect. I will return it but I actually needed it for a gift for this weekend so it’s really inconvenient

@PicknPay You really should have sent a reminder saying all points earned prior to whatever date are expiring and given people the option to see what they will be losing. I’m sure you have sent fine print ‘reminders’ and ‘notices’. 😔 disappointing

@ShowmaxOnline Also a seperate issue but I also had an issue where I could not watch the downloads I had because it was ‘not available offline’. I had downloaded things for kids for a trip so there was chaos when they wouldn’t work. Had to find a mall with a hotspot to log in and then it worked
