@JayWamsted We take Monday off ... lots of holidays fall on Monday already so it made sense when we went to our 4 day model. We do teacher meetings, vertical teaming, PD, & teacher planning 2 Mondays a month during 1st semester & 1 Monday a month during 2nd semester. It works great for us!
