Timing is everything, and this Tariff War is precisely what the Federal Government needed to distract Canadians from their abysmal economic record. From Capital Flight, Falling Investment, and my personal favourite, a collapse in Productivity Growth. The data speaks for itself.β¬οΈ
Richard knows.
Canada is insanely rich. The Canadian govt is a terrible steward of what should be the worlds greatest opportunity society.
Climate can no longer be an excuse for embracing an impoverishing leftist ideology.
Science and economics tells us to produce and ship gas to a coal burning planet.
Left ideology tells us to measure domestic emissions only - tax the production of our energy - and feel righteous about making ourselves poor denying cleaner energy to the planet.
You have to wonder why Canadian politicians from coast to coast are so committed to keeping us poor. The answer should be; Yes to Pipelines, Yes to High Speed Rail, Yes to Mines, Yes to Nuclear, Yes to Housing permits, Yes to LNG Liquefaction, Yes to Hydro. Etc.
@atrupar Heβs broken a relationship. A relationship he underestimated. Canadians are kind but not weak. He forgets the commonwealth. He forgets Canadaβs ties to Europe. I am willing to bet Canada would rather join the EU than be any part of the US.
