BREAKING: Albanese has been plotting against Helen Haines for the last five weeks because she criticised a $6 million grant to Albanese’s Marrickville Golf Club as “pork-barrelling by design”
Since then, Albanese has been on the attack. The day after her comments his staff gave a dirt sheet on Haines to journalists with a list of requests including:
-A list of Haines’ advocacy for projects in Indi of $1.8 billion then raising questions about the value for money and due diligence of those projects
***Asking journalists to check for personal or professional connections, donations, or undeclared benefits that might create conflicts*** framed as potential avenues to examine, not proven allegations…
Specific examples given included:
-Whether Haines had received undeclared wine or food from local businesses, held business interests, received political donations, or had personal associations with businesses that could benefit from tourism funding?
-For an $8 million Benalla Art Gallery redevelopment request, Albanese asked whether Haines had visited, been a member, donated, or had any personal professional connection with employees or the board?
-For a local recreation centre upgrade Albanese asked if Haines had played or trained with local clubs, watched games, or received jerseys/equipment?
-Made reference to her, and her spouse’s receipt of Mount Buller ski lift passes, alongside later requests for resort infrastructure funding
The document supplied no proof of undisclosed wrongdoing but Haines told the Daily Mail she had not seen it previously, and described the approach as “pretty desperate”
See how Albanese and Labor operate? See how the media play their part?
Labor banned credit card surcharges.
Tanya Plibersek: "There's a $1.9 billion saving to consumers."
Matt Canavan: "There's no savings here, Tanya."
The fee is still charged. It just gets hidden in the price of everything else.

Notre Dame was no accident. It was the beginning of the end.
Small Business Minister Anne Aly billed taxpayers more than $150,000 to visit nine countries in the past 17 months.
While thousands of Australian businesses collapse under soaring rents, energy costs, insurance and weak demand and families face a genuine cost-of-living crisis she treats the public purse like a personal travel account.
Accountability is not targeting. Privilege requires answers, not victim narratives. Australians deserve better than politicians who spend freely while small businesses go under.
Not good enough! 😡👇🏽
“I’m NOT sympathetic” to women who want FEMALE-ONLY businesses. Small Business Minister Anne Aly has made her position clear. 🤯
This is not ok! 🙅♀️
When asked about the Giggle for Girls (not a dating app🙄) Federal Court outcome and proposals to define biological sex in the Sex Discrimination Act, so women can run female-only businesses, Aly refused to engage. 😑
Instead, insisting “there are much more important things to talk about,” waved the issue of single-sex spaces aside, and declared herself unsympathetic to any argument that does not treat every person the same “regardless of gender.” 🚻
Aly talks about equality for everyone, yet it is well established that equality for women requires the right to female-only spaces. Without the ability to exclude males, women lose privacy, safety, fairness and dignity in the very places created for them. By insisting we are all the same, Aly has effectively decided that women do not need, and should not have those spaces. 🫢
Women who want the right to run female-only businesses are not “far right.” They are women who simply want the law to recognise that sex is real and that female-only spaces matter. Aly’s response treats that basic request as unworthy of serious discussion. 😤
Women who have built businesses for women are already paying the price under the current law. They are forced into court, face death threats, and carry the financial and personal cost of defending the right to operate female-only spaces. The Minister for Small Business has now confirmed she has no interest in fixing it.

Great work Tanya: Hundreds of million of dollars of wealth destroyed.
The Federal Court has ruled that Tanya Plibersek‘s decision to block a billion-dollar goldmine in New South Wales (after the project had received approval in 2023) was "made by the minister was made without authority"
Plibersek illegal decision destroyed hundreds of millions of dollars of wealth, and sent a destructive and poverty creating message to investors - it’s too risky to invest in trying to develop wealth-creating resource projects in Australia.
If Plibersek had any decency, she’d apologise to the nation and resign in disgrace.
It’s just another example that this rotten, corrupt and incompetent Albanese regime is the worst government in our history.
