As we enjoy our holiday weekend, the boldness of saying that it is self-evident that all men are created equal is still striking when read today.

Are we equal?

If not, we must continue our quest. But in a world of kings, dictators, emperors and slaves THIS STRIKING STATEMENT RESOUNDS THROUGH THE AGES. It is clarion call as an ideal for our nation through the ages which we constantly must aspire. We must continue our quest and remember its foundation.

The inalienable rights of ‘Life ,liberty and the pursuit of happiness' must be remembered and refreshed as both aspirational and reality. These guideposts are far from simple even to this day. They must continue to be the aspirational foundation for a government proclaiming its rightful existence from the laws of nature and nature’s God. We must not forget or demean the consequences and revolutionary nature of the declaration which changed the world and is still the foundation upon which this country’s ideals are based!

Our founders changed the world for the better. It is proper we celebrate them and their vision.

Two great decisions by the Supreme Court!

First limiting Chevron is a victory for democracy over the Deep State regulators! @MikeRogersForMI and @ElissaSlotkin are likely in mourning. Lovers of democracy should be celebrating!

Second the limitation on the expansive use of obstruction of official proceedings is another huge win for democracy and a blow to the overly expansive use of lawfare.

This Supreme Court is standing strong in returning the rule of law to this nation!

Let us all be thankful that our children can pray to whoever they want, study whatever they want!

Yes, stand alone and be who they want. It will not always be easy, but as long as there are those among us willing to stand alone and fight subservience to an all powerful state in favor of a government by and for the people, there will be many happy Fathers' Days to come!

The Justice Department brought the one charge against Hunter Biden for which there would be public sympathy and little to no chance of any time being served. Was this done to take heat off real charges that lead back to Joe Biden which are serious -- like tax evasion, which would show the linkage of Hunter Biden to his father, President Biden?

Also, DOJ has decided not to pursue the use of government offices by then Vice President Biden to hold up funds for Ukraine unless the Ukrainian prosecutor, who was going after Hunter’s Burisma friends, was discharged. This action paved the way for lucrative business relationship with Burisma and Hunter Biden. Nor is the DOJ pursuing the taking of Hunter Biden with then Vice President Joe Biden against government regulations on Air Force Two to China to imply that Hunter’s Chinese business dealings would be favorably viewed “almost” officially by his father, allowing Hunter and his firm to receive over a billion in Chinese funds in their buyout fund...which guarantees a payout of at least 2% a year to its sponsors or over $20 million a year. This type of activity is not just shady, it is likely treasonous. The trail goes directly back to the “big guy,” to President Biden.

So, please, spare the missives about a law-and-order President Joe Biden after the conviction of his son on the sideshow of false disclosure to purchase a gun by the DOJ. This gun charge is a diversion from the real stuff that goes back to President Biden. Indeed, the diversion was only pursued after a recommended plea deal got so much backlash that THE JUDGE REJECTED IT. The full plan and proceedings of what charges to bring against Hunter Biden are likely done, sadly, with the cooperation of the DOJ and the White House.

Should Hunter Biden go to jail for the false disclosure forms? No.

Should this diversion work? Absolutely not.

The false equivalence being argued between President Trump and Hunter Biden is unpersuasive and will fail. The real crimes of withholding funds by Joe Biden from Ukraine for personal gain or paving the way for huge Chinese funds for his son with either an implied or explicit pay off for President Biden are not being pursued. They should be.

Lady justice must act in a blind and impartial manner. She is not. Lawfare must go.

The Biden crime family must go!

D-day, a solemn and celebratory day.

We should solemnly strive to be worthy of the sacrifice of those that died or were injured that day. We should celebrate the great accomplishment which began on that day. They freed the world. We should celebrate their commitment, sacrifice, and achievement .

This day should inspire and motivate all of us to strive mightily for a more perfect union and to honor the freedoms they who participated so valiantly fought to protect and secure.

Today should remind us America was, and still is, the symbol of what is best in all of us.

Joe Biden Agreed to Debate and Mike Rogers Won’t?

Career Politician @MikeRogersForMI refusing to participate in the WOOD TV debate that was scheduled for June 13.' This comes days after Rogers backed out of the Detroit Chamber of Commerce Mackinac Policy Debate despite releasing an opinion piece in the Detroit News, “Bring on the Senate Debate” about “the need for debates.”

On every single issue, Mike Rogers says one thing and does another. Whether it is about where Mike Rogers lives, Rogers’ opinion of Donald Trump, Rogers’ partnerships with companies that partner with Huawei, Mike Rogers says one thing and does another!

This is a sad day for America. We have a President convicted of outrageous charges.
My view is it will be reversed. The whole prosecution and the instructions are outrageous and it will widen the chasm of division in the country.

Great event last night in Livingston.

@VivekGRamaswamy inspired with his call to return to the values and honor the sacrifices of our founders. His description of the way to turn around our nation and party resounded throughout the evening to all who attended. Incredibly inspirational.

We can and will take back the White House, the Senate, and the State House, as well as extend our margins in the House of Representatives. However, we must do it by electing those in our party who are willing to take tough stances and not just return to the Washington swamp’s old ways of doing business. It was, I believe, an inspirational night for all who attended.
