@GE_Appliances Well it finally happened. The washer is totally unbalanced in any load. Called for warranty service. Better not cost me a cent. Jeez GE can’t engineer a washer and we fly on @Airbus and @BoeingAirplanes with GE engines. So friggin frustrated.

Our less than 1 year old GE Washer @GE_Appliances always goes out of balance with simple load. Basket bangs against washer sides. Horrible machine. Anyone else experiencing same issue?

@GE_Appliances Thanks guys. Not a solution but a workaround. Now instead of one load I have to run two loads. Not planet friendly.

@GE_Appliances It is a top load. Load is not large. I believe the issue stems from the balance sensing is done while clothes are dry. Clothes absorb different amounts of water altering weight balance. I include two towels and once wet and agitated via wash cycle they throw off the balance.

@canary when I use the app to view camera I am getting looped into ads that I am unable to cancel not allowing me to check temperature etc. Anyone else having this issue? Please do something.
