दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय छात्र संघ (DUSU) के आगामी चुनाव में NSUI ने अध्यक्ष पद के लिए विजय शंकर मीणा को अपना उम्मीदवार बनाया हैं। लेकिन लगता हैं की विजय शंकर मीणा को टिकट देने से जाट और ग़ुज्जर लॉबी नाराज नजर आ रही हैं, विनोद जाखड़ को भी खरी-खोटी सुनाई जा रही हैं। शायद NSUI ने अध्यक्ष पद के लिए मीणा जाति से पहली बार अपना उम्मीदवार बनाया हैं।
