So glad our students got to see the changing of the guard ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery! What a refreshing reminder for all of us of service, discipline, and honor towards something bigger than oneself. Certainly proud of our students for being present in the moment!

Observing my students’ mock trials from home 😢 — I am so proud of my students because they put so much effort into gathering and analyzing evidence and clearly identifying how that evidence could impact the jury. Anxious for today’s trials!

4th & 8th periods - MOCK TRIAL based on “The Tell-Tale Heart” - narrator was charged with premeditated murder👍

[Sandy VanZanten @SandyVanzants]

3rd period MOCK TRIAL — The narrator was declared INSANE, but both sides did an awesome job!
