@WhyteleafeEagle@CPISAinfo@sebastian1906 Our CPISA X account has been hacked we are still waiting for X to help us regain control, could you pass the message around for us please
Did you know for Sunday’s Arsenal game alone the club identified 35,000 bots as well as a significant number of accounts set up both this season and previously specifically to try to buy tickets in the home areas for the match.
We’re asking Palace fans to report away fans in home seats on Sunday to help the club identify and deal with them. All you have to do is send a text to the club’s match day text line which is 07507 477669 to let them know, with as many details of the stand, block and seat numbers as possible, and they will do the rest. There are additional police and stewards at the match to help with this and any other issues as they arise.
We know that the one off ticket sharing changes for this match have upset some genuine supporters who have been unable to share tickets with friends and family and we will continue to work with the club re this and other ticketing issues going forward.
If we get all behind the club re this on Sunday, and at other home matches, more tickets will ultimately be available for true Palace fans.

We realise that the situation with the Larnaca away match may be a bit fluid right now, but as we haven’t heard anything re a change so far, we have decided to go ahead and publish the supporter information we have pulled together for those travelling to the match. Enjoy!

@sibarnes2000@PalaceReport There’d be a lot of mainstand season ticket holders with something to say if the stand is demolished with no alternative in place.
Notes from our latest club meeting in September are live on our website. You can see them here https://t.co/PhHdC1xrl8
If you raised an issue not included in the notes, there were additional AOB questions we submitted post meeting due to time constraints. We’re waiting for the answers to those but will chase next week and publish separately.
Some successes:
The handrails in the upper Holmesdale have been sourced and will be trialled with fans consulted.
Within the additional AOB items we submitted post meeting, we requested the trophy photo opportunities be reinstated which has been done.
Rail seating will start to be introduced in the away section of Arthur Wait during this season. The club will then consider other areas once this is done. We recognise this is more difficult in other areas as there will be a mix of people who do and don’t want this. It’s a bigger process than simply installing in home areas, however, we will continue to raise this.
The club are going to highlight the change in step depth in main stand at row 16 as people often stumble there, not realising the change from down above/below.
As these were so popular, the club will look at providing packages similar to Strasbourg for future ECL matches. Worth noting these are not income generating for the club, similar to provision of coaches for domestic away games
