Finally we have the passports, can’t wait to board the flight ..

We spoke with the travel desk they keep saying to talk to supervisor and he/she seems to be busy since last 9hours so we couldn’t meet him/her yet .. now the worry is if we can get the passports on time to make it to the flight

At this point we may not need accommodation as we can’t make it to hotel anyway but give us our passports back so we can board the flight @etihad @EtihadHelp

6hrs for flight to india hopefully. Must checkin atleast 3hours before .. so 3 hrs left may be .. passports none to be found .. no update from the staff .. can’t go to hotel to freshen up .. dont have a shower lounge to get fresh .. way to live .. thanks @etihad @EtihadHelp

@etihad @EtihadHelp when I make changes to my travel I’m subjected to pay atleast 600$ compensation plus flight fare. Should this be payback time for etihad management ?

@etihad @EtihadHelp we have been informed the hotels are booked on a hourly basis .. is that a reason why we are made to sit till the flight check-in time so that fare can be avoided ?

Certain visa holders had to submit the pasprt so @etihad can apply for in transit visa but it takes 6hrs . Can this be done any quicker so passengers can go to hotel and freshen up for the next flights ? @EtihadHelp . At this point we neither have passports nor place to lie down

@etihad Thank you for the response team but ppl with different immigration status are restricted to stay inside the airport .. if you can accommodate Lounge area it would be helpful

Passengers are just strolling around the airport with no proper place to take nap and just waiting for their next flight which is atleast 13hour wait @EtihadHelp @etihad #usatoindia

Travel plans and connected things ppl have to do on their own calendars doesn’t seem to bother etihad @etihad @EtihadHelp .. when passengers modify ticket they are asked to pay 600$ plus change fare .. shouldn’t etihad be paying us back now ?

Customers are charged for the ticket based on the duration of journey and single hour can make atleast 100$-200$ difference. Journey was supposed to be 26hr is ending up around 40+ odd hours @etihad @EtihadHelp

Etihad has not provided any lounge services to the passengers and mentioned that etihad airways has not given any permission to ground handling team. @etihad @EtihadHelp
