@rollyCasarolly@JacrepidVGC Just because you’re willing to give out such personal and sensitive information doesn’t mean everyone will be. I don’t feel threatened by security staff or police but I also wouldn’t want to give anyone my medical information unless it’s a doctor of my choosing
@rollyCasarolly@JacrepidVGC That’s like me saying I like pancakes and you saying that I said I fucking hate waffles. Would you like any form of authority stepping up to you, requiring your personal and private medical documents and the only thing you can do is release them?
@JacrepidVGC So, just spreading misinformation, got it. Also, you do realize HIPPA laws prevent the staff from asking for proof of disability. So if they let one slide, next thing that will happen is that you’ll have 100 people claiming disability to get in front of the line.
@asterdoveyX3@ipokiric@BreakingGG99@TrueBurna Legally, the staff cannot ask for proof of his disability, so imagine they let this slide. Next thing you know, you have 100 people claiming a disability to try to cut in front of the line. Basic HIPPA laws apply here
@pep_uni No se pone en duda que el castigo fue algo severo. El problema es que legalmente no se puede pedir prueba de que tenga discapacidad. Si dejan que uno se mete al frente de la línea, muchos lo harán también y arruina la experiencia de otros.
@Warrior89463634@SCrarbil@TenkiVGC Truth be told, only immature or young people without a career or job will label the US. When you have a career and meet people who have lived outside the US, you realize how difficult life is in most countries.
