They are not even distributed evenly. We as organisations are hv been threatened by structures and cllors coz we are now trying alternatives to feed communities.

Have we arrived at a point where we are now so money centric that we willing to choke our Afrikan way of being, all coz of money?

All along we have been told there is no budget for this and that for service delivery but now in short spaces of time there are millions available for service delivery. We are not pawns, we are not stupid.
