My stance on this is. I believe since the government is funded by taxpayer dollars; welfare programs as well as government contracts and financial aide/grants should have strict restrictions on who can receive. That being U.S.Citizens & Taxpaying Non-Citizens+(immediate family)

@rich_roberts There should be a rule against catchers glove in the dirt pre pitch then swings it up as the ball comes in catching it low but in one fluid motion making it look to the ump like it was caught in the strike zone. Catchers should have to position glove in strike zone pre pitch.
