🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol are now pistol-whipping 16-year-olds and smashing their heads into the curb.

In the video, an agent illegally tries to detain an unaccompanied minor, in Long Beach, California.

The child has his hands in the air.

An agent runs up and hits him in the head with a pistol. Then two agents tackle him and force his head down against the curb.

After the child is already on the ground, pinned by two armed adults, another agent brings out a K9, for what reason exactly?

Then one agent puts his knee on the child’s neck while another handcuffs him, even though he’s not resisting at all.

Unaccompanied minors are supposed to be handled through child-welfare procedures, not slammed into concrete by armed agents.

Using a gun as a weapon is deadly force. You don’t get to use deadly force on a child who is standing still with his hands up. And putting a knee on someone’s neck while they’re restrained is a textbook violation of use-of-force rules and basic constitutional rights.

ICE/Border Patrol agents are brutalizing people for sport, they are executing people because they can, trafficking children, and if they aren’t stopped no one will be safe.

A deeply disturbing video taken by activists outside of the ICE gulag in Dilley, Texas, shows children audibly screaming inside the building.

Given the shocking brutality and cruelty with which ICE behaves in public against white citizens, one can only wonder at what kind of horrors are occurring inside a building full of detained immigrant families.

Liam Conejo Ramos, the five-year-old detained by ICE and used to kidnap his father as well, is inside this facility.

The facility at Dilley is notorious for its awful conditions; detainees report that their kids are being given moldy, rotten food, poor access to water and medical treatment, and abuse by the guards.

“The current conditions at Dilley are fundamentally unsafe for anyone, let alone young children,” Neha Desai, managing director at the National Center for Youth Law, said in a statement. “Since the re-opening of family detention, hundreds of families – including babies and toddlers – have been subjected to substandard medical care, degrading and harsh treatment and extremely prolonged times in custody.”

We need a congressional investigation into what’s going on behind those walls ASAP, and immediate punishments for the corporate goons who profit off running for-profit concentration camps.

ICE Nazis kidnap teenager walking home with a bag of chips

BREAKING: ICE goons illegally choked out a US citizen 10th-grader, stole his cellphone after he filmed them and then SOLD IT in a shocking show of GANGLAND behavior!

Arnoldo, a 16-year-old from Houston, Texas, was abruptly dropped off at his home after he and his undocumented father were arrested by ICE. His shirt was shredded and his neck was heavily bruised.
ProPublica interviewed the family, and what they found was appalling.

“Uncertain what exactly had happened to him, his sister Maria Bazan took him to Texas Children’s Hospital, where staff identified signs of the chokehold and moved him to the trauma unit. Hospital records show he was given morphine for pain and that doctors ordered a dozen CT scans and X-rays, including of his neck, spine and head,” writes Nicole Foy and McKenzie Funk in their damning report on ICE’s widespread use of illegal chokeholds.

“Arnoldo had filmed much of the incident, but agents had taken his phone. He used Find My to locate the phone — at a vending machine for used electronics miles away, close to an ICE detention center,” making it clear that the agents had stolen his phone and then sold it for personal profit.

Arnoldo reported the incident to the Houston Police, who “were skeptical of the account and their own ability to investigate federal agents.” They have not contacted the family since.

The family says that DHS threatened to press charges against Arnoldo for “assault” against the ICE agents, because apparently he elbowed them at one point while being CHOKED OUT, unless his father deported himself. He is now in Mexico, and Arnoldo is without his father.
Kristi Noem’s right-hand liar Tricia McLaughlin had the nerve to say “the federal law enforcement officer graciously chose not to press charges.”

Every day, we get a new show of shocking and wildly illegal behavior by Trump’s thugs, who are behaving like the gangs that Trump and the right-wing fearmonger over so frequently.

Just one of these incidents should be grounds for a top-to-bottom investigation and reforms in the department; their daily occurrence should be grounds for its entire dissolution and replacement with entirely new personnel, and criminal prosecutions for all accused of crimes against the American people.
