A transaction happens.
📦Transactions are grouped into a block.

Many computers (nodes) keep copies of the blockchain.
🔐 Cryptography helps protect the records.
Simple example
If A sends 1 BTC to B, the transaction is verified by the Bitcoin network and recorded on the blockchain. Once confirmed, it becomes part of the permanent transaction history.
Blockchain ≠ cryptocurrency.
Blockchain is the technology.
