कल उन्नाव में 'गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर' दिए जाने के दौरान, संयोगवश उसी समय प्रेक्षागृह (ऑडिटोरियम) के भीतर राष्ट्रगान प्रारंभ हुआ, जहां हमारी उपस्थिति नहीं थी। ये दोनों कार्यक्रम पूर्णतः अलग थे। परंतु सोशल मीडिया पर कुछ वीडियो साझा कर ऐसा भ्रामक विश्लेषण किया जा रहा है, मानो राष्ट्रगान के समय हम रुके नहीं। मैं यह पूर्णतः स्पष्ट कर देना चाहता हूं कि ऐसा बिल्कुल भी नहीं हुआ।

उत्तर प्रदेश विधान सभा से लेकर अपने विधान सभा क्षेत्र तक, प्रत्येक अवसर व स्थान पर हमने, हमारे कार्यकर्ताओं तथा सहयोगियों ने सदैव संविधान और राष्ट्रगान का सर्वोच्च सम्मान किया है और आगे भी करते रहेंगे।

भाजपा सरकार ने सरकारी स्कूलों की हालत सुधारने के बजाय अपनी नाकामी को ढकने और शिक्षा व्यवस्था की बदहाली छिपाने का रास्ता खोजा है।

शिक्षा विभाग ने पारदर्शिता की बजाय स्कूल परिसर में प्रवेश, फोटो व वीडियो पर रोक, और सवाल पूछने वालों पर पहरा लगा दिया है।

सवाल ये है कि अगर स्कूलों में सब कुछ ठीक है तो डर कैसा? टूटे भवन, जर्जर कमरों, शिक्षकों की कमी, बच्चों की समस्याओं और सरकारी व्यवस्था की नाकामियों की तस्वीरें सामने आने से आखिर सरकार को इतनी बेचैनी क्यों है?

विद्यालय जनता के हैं, भाजपा की निजी संपत्ति नहीं हैं जो मनमाने आदेश थोपे जा रहे हैं। स्कूल प्रबंधन एवं विकास से जुड़े तंत्र में स्थानीय लोगों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की गई है। ऐसे में जनप्रतिनिधियों, अभिभावकों और समाज की निगरानी को कमजोर करने वाला कोई भी निर्णय शिक्षा व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता के खिलाफ है।

नाकामियों पर पर्दा डालने से तस्वीर नहीं बदलेगी!
