Many finance websites lose leads because their calculators are slow, confusing, or inaccurate.
I build fast, reliable finance calculators for lenders, brokers & financial platforms.
Custom + white-label solutions.

Most mortgage websites have two separate tools.
A calculator that gives answers but captures nothing.
A lead form that captures leads but provides no context.
I built the Mortgage Decision Engine to connect the two.

A few months ago, most of my work existed quietly behind screens.
Today my name is showing up on Google connected with AI, finance tools, and automation systems.
Recently featured in an article about AI speeding up financial decision-making.
Still learning. Still building.
Built a free Mortgage Decision Engine.
For buyers:
→ Are you actually ready to buy?
→ Is your DTI safe or stretched?
For brokers:
→ Send to pre-application leads
→ White-label version available
Readiness score + 6 what-if simulations.

Most mortgage calculators don’t lose traffic.
They lose leads.
A visitor runs the numbers, gets the monthly payment… and leaves.
No email.
No follow-up.
No way to turn that into a deal.
I built a demo that fixes this 👇

6/ I build free finance tools, and this reminded me:
If you help people understand something they’re already questioning,
you don’t need to push anything.
Sometimes you don’t need better content.
You just need a better question.
So instead of asking "Does this look AI-written?"
Ask: "Does this sound like someone who knows what they're talking about?"
That's what people trust.
The thinking is still yours.
#AI#ContentCreation#Writing
Before, people were judged by how well they could write.
Now, it's obvious who actually knows their stuff.
AI didn't reduce human value.
It removed the ability to hide behind average thinking.
