Recd just y/day evng, realised bigger size needed. Placed exchange immdly. All tags, packing intact. Today pickup person took & then brought back - refused to take article stating "failed quality control". No further explanation. This is absurd..

Vide Order ID 134193964449350225601 placed order for ON shoes. They sent wrong size. Sent 5.5 instead of 3.5
Have been trying to get the product returned and money refunded but no answer. Grievance cell also doesn't respond. Shoes have not been touched !!

@the_yaniv I'm wondering why Boeing doesn't have an "override" that an onboard computer can prevent from a malicious act of any pilot ?? A wild descent of 16000ft in 30 seconds should never be allowed by an flight computer ! Can someone help ?

@ShivAroor Question is that why doesn't the aircraft have a computer system that can over ride such a pilot action that is patently dangerous ?? It ought to have prevented such a dive beyond a few seconds, or set a max limit..

@MyntraSupport This is what we have been told earlier too.. shoes were ordered on Sep 22, delivered on 26th and we are following up ever since. Someone came to pick up but he said he can't take it back 😢. As you can see they are in mint condition
