Is this acceptable customer service from a brand like Voltas? If any harm happens to my family, especially the children, due to this negligence and delay, who will take responsibility?

Despite repeated follow-ups with the service center and concerned officials, there has been no clear response or timely resolution. I kept being told “we are checking,” but today I was informed that the required part will only arrive on 26th.

Extremely disappointed with the poor service from Voltas in Arrah. My AC has been non-functional for the last 5 days during peak summer, with 1- and 3-year-old children at home suffering badly in this extreme heat.
Dear @MahindraRise, I am facing serious service issues with my vehicle BR03AQ6872 at Rohit Automobile, Ara. The check engine light appeared during my 2nd free service on 04 Feb 2026. After their repair attempt, new problems started. (1/3)
@18002096006 After all this, I recall the service manager saying “complain anywhere, nothing will happen.” This is extremely concerning. Request @MahindraRise to investigate Rohit Automobile Ara independently. I have recorded videos as evidence and am attaching them. (3/3)
@18002096006 Even after paying ₹18k, no receipt/documents were provided. Staff said cashier was not available during working hours. I could take my vehicle out without any exit entry or verification. This raises serious concerns about records being manipulated later. Videos attached. (2/3)
@18002096006 I had to take delivery of my vehicle after paying 18K. However, more irregularities were observed at Rohit Automobile Ara. No staff were in uniform, making it impossible to identify staff vs customer, which is basic practice in any authorized service centre. @MahindraRise (1/2)
@18002096006 Requesting @MahindraRise to appoint an independent person to review the issue by hearing both sides. At present it feels the service centre version is being accepted without verifying the inconsistencies in job sheets, KM readings & service records. (2/2)
@18002096006 Update: I contacted Mr. Saniesh KS from the email chain since I did not receive any call earlier. However, the response seems based only on data provided by the service centre. My concern is that the service centre records themselves appear manipulated. @MahindraRise (1/2)

@18002096006 Now they claim the clutch plate is burnt and want ₹18,307. The vehicle was fine before service. Their staff admited a new worker made mistkes, and even the clutch sensor & wiring were removed earlier for a check engine issue. Request @MahindraRise to investigate & reslve fairly
@18002096006 The service centre did not provide a proper job sheet and delivered vehicles without QC. The work order contains manipulated entries showing two visits (4 Feb & 6 Feb) with a 200+ km diff eventhough my car stayed there. My vehicle had 16k km but incorrect data was recorded. (2/3)
@18002096006 Update regarding my complaint – Thank you @MahindraRise for intervening. After several days of repeated complaints, Rohit Automobile Ara has finally started working on my vehicle . However, several serious issues in their service process have come to light. (1/3)
This is very disappointing. Earlier I also faced issues with my previous XUV700 and had to sell it at a loss. Request @MahindraRise to urgently look into the matter and arrange proper repair of my vehicle. (3/3)

I was asked to bring the vehicle again on 06 Feb and it stayed at the service center for 2 days, causing inconvenience and loss. Even after that the issue was not resolved. I logged a complaint with Mahindra on 02 Mar but still no response. (2/3)
