@StarHealthIns you have not yet responded on 20 % co pay as I was assured repeatedly that there will not be any co pay by your manager Ravindra Singh of Gwalior. While taking premium he assured repeatedly that 20 % co pay is not charged for the policy holder even after 69 years.

@StarHealthIns please stop buying and paying renewal premium of fraud companies like star health who do not honour own words. They are charging 18% GST on premium on the pretext that it is group policy.

@StarHealthIns paid 5 plus premiums of 10 lakhs base policy and 15 lakh top up policy through PNB . I am repeatedly assured by Ravinder Singh of Star that no co pay is applicable on my policy. Still Rs 14000 have been deducted from my claim Mis Selling and cheating ..

@StarHealthIns Star Health is harrassing patients by not granting their claims and imposing deductions despite their sales team while taking premium assured not to deduct and do mis selling. The sales officer post collection of premium become mute and customer is cheating.

@star_orm This Mediclaim policy was sold to me by the PNB that zero Co Pay is applicable. Now 20% Co pay is deducted Please get it ratified and pay total amount as I have availed treatment as per eligibility of my policy , room rent , etc. kindly do not cheat me and pay full amount.

@PMOIndia Please monitor Star Health Insurance as they are harassing customers,, Despite 5 year of policy denying claims , Their data base is not updated and it is pain to buy the Star Policy. I am suffering as have purchased star health policy.

@StarHealthIns Ravinder Singh of Gwalior PNB sold me this policy 5 plus years back. I am assured no co pay is to be paid by me and I have been regularly paying the premium of star policies Base Rs 10 Lakhs and Top up Rs 15 Lakhs. Cheating patients and your customer is a big sin

@StarHealthIns Star Health continue harassing the policy holder. Received 3 calls that my claim has been rejected. Despite Star has approved the claim their team is not updated and keep on informing me that my claim is rejected. IRDAI may review the process of Star Health.

@StarHealthIns It is my 5 plus year and wish to continue the policy provided not harassed as since last 2 days struggling. Was compelled to engage with IRDAI to get my cashless granted and improve technical glitch that applying for base policy and showing in top-up Policy.
