The airline @IndiGo6E told me the refund was initiated on 10th December only but not a single response from paytm. Is this a joke

If I pay through digital as per captains request and then it gets some bank issues two times says delayed but money deducted from my side but he didn't receive it and then I pay in cash anyhow.
