@IFFCO__TOKIO our claim was approved in June, but we are still awaiting payment since 2 months. We have made an uncounted number of calls and still no payment. This is really poor service, kindly resolve this asap, otherwise I will have to make a complaint in the consumer court.

@IFFCO__TOKIO very poor claim service. I have a zero dep car insurance and it's been more than 15 days that my cashless claim is not approved by surveyor. I DON'T KNOW WHY THE HECK IS HE ASKING FOR PI REPORT. If I have a policy then it means that you guys have inspected the car.

@IFFCO__TOKIO Even if the car was in two pieces before the purchase policy and if you guys have approved and issued it to me then it's your fault to issue me the policy and I have full right to claim it.
Kindly resolve this asap, otherwise I will have to file a case

@MaxLifeIns 1. very poor service from you guys. I made an update for my policy(368826343) during free look up period. Also made an additional payment for updation. Policy updation didn't take place. Got a call back once from the assigned help, and the guy was not able to resolve

@MaxLifeIns So @MaxLifeIns I have received only a mail of my Speed Dial partner that I already have, also called on that number numerous times. Always busy, never received a callback. Very very shitty service from you guys.
