You order food from swiggy, COD you get your food and you pay for it, after 30 min you get a call from another delivery guy saying your same order is getting ready from the same restaurant , you inform them that you have already received it , next tweet @swiggy_in you suck

The delivery guy says there is a problem with the app and it's happening from past few days that the orders are repeated so he cancel the order but still you are charged for it and @swiggy_in your policy is so fucking pathetic that you just keep repeating the same thing

@SwiggyCares your delivery guy did not waited for 20 minutes at all he was on a call with me and he was trying to figure out how to cancel it and when he did he said it is started from this end and there won't be any kind of a cancellation fee charged
