Health TIP - Limit Processed Foods
You may have to eat a frozen meal now and then, but donโt make it a habit. Certain packaged foods can be loaded with sodium and other preservatives.
Protect your skin from the SUN
Know when you need to reapply. If you are out for more than an hour and a half or two hours, reapply. If you go swimming you should reapply every time you get out of the water. Reapply more frequently if you are sweating a lot as well.

Golf TIP - How can I get better results from my practice?
The old saying "practice smarter, not harder," is the key to seeing improvement from your practice time.
Quality practice means having a specific purpose to your practice.
Prevent Injuries with Yoga
Most yoga classes begin with a reminder to honor your bodyโs particular needs & limits on that particular day
This basic ability to scan & assess yourself as you practice will help reduce the incidence of injury when running or playing other sports.
It's that time of the year again...SUMMER HOLIDAY TIME!
Make sure to always put sunscreen on! Even if youโre only outside for 20 minutes, you still need sun protection.
Happy Holidays!
Health TIP - Wash Up Before Bed
Donโt go to sleep without thoroughly washing your face. Over the course of the day your skin and pores collect dirt and oil.
